Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so in the event you need to return your fabric (or related item), you can do so within 28 days.

You need to let us know (please email or call us) that you would like to return your item, within 14 days of you receiving it. You will have 14 days to return the item(s). Obtaining proof of postage is essential, in the event of the item not arriving back with us. We suggest using a recorded service.

(please note this is an administrative address, fabric is not stored at this location)

We do not offer a free returns service. We refund postage when an item is faulty, or we have made an error. Faulty items do not include items returned for colour matching reasons. 

You must return the item to us in re-saleable condition (not washed, cut, dyed, marked or stretched in any way).

We assure you we will process your return as quickly as possible.
